Job summary

First Bank Chicago is seeking an experienced Private Banking professional to acquire and grow high-net-worth relationships, focusing on deposits, lending and liquidity solutions. You will deliver consultative guidance, tailor banking strategies and coordinate with internal teams to expand client portfolios.

In this role, you will engage families, business owners and professionals, acting as a trusted advisor while representing the bank at events and maintaining exemplary client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Minimum 7 years of banking experience including relationship management, business development and consumer lending
• Experience with high-net-worth clients preferred
• Strong understanding of financial statements and tax considerations preferred

Responsibilities

• Acquire and develop new Private Banking relationships contributing to deposit and loan growth
• Build and maintain relationships with centers of influence and trusted advisors
• Partner with internal teams to identify referral opportunities and deliver coordinated banking services
• Represent the Bank at community and professional events to grow the Private Banking Group
• Coordinate client needs and ensure timely resolution of service matters while delivering exceptional client experience
