Job summary

First Bank Chicago seeks a Senior Private Banker to acquire, develop and expand relationships with high-net-worth individuals and business owners in the Northbrook area. You will deliver consultative guidance on deposits, liquidity, lending and cash management, while driving portfolio growth and client satisfaction.

In this role, you will nurture relationships with attorneys, CPAs and family offices, coordinate with internal teams, and participate in events to enhance visibility of the Private

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of banking experience including relationship management and business development.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with banking software such as Fiserv.

Responsibilities

• Actively acquire and develop Private Banking relationships to drive deposit, loan growth and referrals.
• Build and maintain centers of influence relationships with attorneys, CPAs, family offices and other advisors.
• Coordinate with Commercial Banking, Treasury Management and Community Banking to deliver integrated services.
• Represent the Bank at community and professional events to grow the Private Banking Group.
