Job summary

UKG is seeking a senior leader to drive the demo platform strategy, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to turn customer scenarios into compelling live demos. You will oversee provisioning, data management, and automation to ensure high availability and scalable capabilities.

The role requires extensive experience in enterprise SaaS with global leadership and a track record building cloud-based HR/Workforce platforms, managing budgets, governance, and cross-functional

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise SaaS organizations.
• 8+ years leading global technical organizations.
• Experience supporting enterprise HR, Payroll, HCM, or Workforce Management software.
• Experience managing multimillion-dollar operating budgets.
• Knowledge of DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, cloud architecture, and platform engineering.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled automation and intelligent platform operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead demo environment strategy and lifecycle across HR, Payroll, and workforce solutions.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to align demos with release cycles and customer storytelling.
• Drive automation, governance, and reliability of demo platforms at scale.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps and oversee budgets and vendor relationships.
