Job summary

UKG is seeking a Senior leader to own the strategy, delivery, and operations of enterprise demo environments for HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management SaaS solutions. You will drive architecture, lifecycle management, and automation across global teams, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Sales to enable revenue growth and customer storytelling.

15+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise SaaS organizations.
8+ years leading global technical organizations.
Experience supporting enterprise HR, Payroll, HCM, or Workforce Management software.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field.
Experience managing multimillion-dollar operating budgets.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

Develop the enterprise vision and multi-year roadmap for demo environments across all HCM product lines.
Lead environment provisioning, data management, refresh automation, and release readiness.
Partner with Product Management and Engineering to align demo environments with product release cycles.
Enable rapid creation of customer-specific demonstration environments for strategic opportunities.
Drive standardization while enabling regional, industry, and customer-specific flexibility.
Governance for demo environment lifecycle management and security/compliance.
