5C Data Centers seeks a Vice President, Pre-Construction to architect and scale the lean pre-construction function across North America. This leader will integrate design, permits, utilities, estimates, schedules, and contractor scope before mobilization, while driving governance and capability across the portfolio.

The role demands 15+ years in complex capital projects, executive-level communication, and the ability to deliver multi-site data center programs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in pre-construction or capital projects
• Strong executive communication and cross-functional influence
• Experience delivering data center or mission-critical infrastructure
• Ability to build scalable pre-construction processes and governance
• Proven leader in lean, fast-moving environments

• Lead pre-construction strategy and functional leadership for the portfolio
