Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience.
• Proven success driving revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability.
• Experience developing and executing business growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and long-range growth strategies for the Powergen Genset Systems business.
• Drive bookings, revenue, profitability, and market share growth.
• Identify and pursue new markets, customers, applications, and growth opportunities.
• Develop plans that consistently outperform market growth rates.
• Establish executive relationships with OEMs, channel partners, consultants, and end-users.
