This role partners with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to shape growth and ensure SENS remains a preferred provider of power solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success driving revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability.
• Experience developing and executing business growth strategies.
• Proven ability to lead through both direct leadership and organizational influence.
• Strong strategic planning, business development, and customer engagement skills.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial leadership for Powergen Systems business.
• Develop and execute growth strategies, drive bookings, revenue, and market share.
• Identify new markets, customers, applications, and opportunities.
• Pursue strategic account growth and executive-level engagement.
