Link Logistics Real Estate, based in California, is seeking a senior Power Engineering leader to build and scale a comprehensive power program across its portfolio. You will own data foundations, audits, upgrades, on-site generation strategies, and metering efforts to optimize value creation for Leasing, Investments, and Development teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain power data foundation as the single source of truth for Leasing and Investments.
• Establish direct utility bill and data feeds through aggregators and manage the data pipeline.
• Define and govern power data standards and benchmarks across the portfolio.
• Turn raw field and utility data into decision-ready benchmarking and scoring.
• Own the enterprise field-audit program end to end.
• Prioritize audits by risk, starting with high-power sites.
• Transition from vendors to internal team while retaining IP and QA.
• Validate audit output for ingestion into the power data platform.
• Lead the Path to Power upgrade program – assessments, costs, and schedules.
• Serve as technical resource for field teams pursuing upgrades.
• Establish and manage regional electrical-contractor relationships.
• Partner on design options, capital-recovery mechanisms, and deal structures.
• Develop on-site generation strategy and toolkit.
• Lead return/risk modeling for deployments with Investments.
• Translate capability into a repeatable playbook for constrained sites.
• Stand up and scale demand metering program across portfolio.
• Evaluate metering approaches and deploy right mix.
