Link Logistics Real Estate Holdco LLC is seeking a Vice President of Power & Infrastructure to own Link's Industrial Power Program and on-site generation strategy. You will build and lead an in-house power engineering team, establish standards, data governance, and repeatable processes to accelerate high-power opportunities across a large portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 12+ years in power/electrical engineering with leadership experience.
• Deep expertise in electrical distribution systems and utility coordination.
• Experience leading teams and managing vendors.
• Strong data fluency and ability to translate findings into commercial recommendations.
• Excellent cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the in-house power engineering team.
• Develop and execute on-site generation strategy (OSG) and demand metering programs.
• Lead power data acquisition, audits, upgrades, and benchmarking initiatives.
• Coordinate with Leasing, Investments, and Construction to enable transactions and portfolio optimization.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and internal operating models.
