Job summary

Link Logistics Real Estate in California seeks a Vice President, Power & Infrastructure to own the Industrial Power Program and on-site generation strategy. You will build and lead an in-house power engineering team, starting with two Directors, and establish the standards, data, and repeatable processes that scale with the portfolio.

You will drive power data acquisition, audits, upgrades, on-site generation, and demand metering across sites, partnering with Leasing, Investments, Development,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 12+ years in power/electrical engineering including leadership.
• Deep expertise in electrical distribution systems and upgrades.
• Experience building and leading teams and managing vendors; strong cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Own power and utility data acquisition program end-to-end.
• Lead enterprise field-audit program and migrate to internal team.
• Lead the 'Path to Power' upgrade program coordinating with utilities.
• Develop on-site generation strategy and build toolkit for deployments.
• Stand up demand-metering program and use data for benchmarking.
