Job summary

Link Logistics is seeking a Vice President of Power & Infrastructure to build and lead an in-house power engineering program. You will own data acquisition, audits, upgrades, and on-site generation strategy across the portfolio, coordinating with Leasing, Investments, and Construction teams.

Responsibilities include establishing data standards, leading a team of Directors, and transforming electrical findings into actionable business strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• 12+ years in power / electrical engineering, including several years in a leadership capacity.
• Deep expertise in electrical distribution systems — utility service, transformers, service and distribution capacity, amperage / voltage, and power service upgrades.
• Demonstrated experience scoping and managing utility upgrades and coordinating with utilities and electrical contractors.
• Experience building and leading teams and managing third-party engineering vendors.
• Strong data and benchmarking fluency; able to turn technical findings into commercial recommendations for senior audiences.
• Excellent cross-functional communication; able to translate engineering complexity for leasing, investment, and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead Link’s Power & Utility data acquisition program from framework to QA, delivering decision-ready data and benchmarking.
• Oversee Utility Power Audits end-to-end, prioritizing high-risk sites and transitioning to internal teams while maintaining quality.
• Lead the Path to Power upgrades, including assessments, ROM cost/schedule, and utility coordination for sites below market benchmarks.
• Develop and drive Link’s on-site generation strategy and build a repeatable toolkit for BTM options and cost structures.
• Stand up and scale the demand metering program to capture true customer load profiles and support capital allocation.
• Recruit, onboard, and lead the in-house power engineering team; manage internal/external resources and budgets.
• Educate cross-functional teams and executive leadership on power data, benchmarks, and portfolio impact.
