Prologis seeks a VP, Operations - OnPrem Power & Mobility to partner with the Global Head to scale a critical energy platform, directing strategy, execution, and cross-functional alignment across real estate, energy, finance, and legal teams.

The role leads a team of energy professionals, shapes commercial models, and owns the operating rhythm to deliver onsite energy infrastructure and electrification solutions at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years shaping and executing strategic priorities for a business line or platform.
• 10+ years leading cross-functional programs with internal and external stakeholders.
• 5+ years as an operational partner to senior executives.
• 5+ years managing teams on time-sensitive, high-impact initiatives.
• Ability to build operating rhythms, governance, and performance measures.
• Ability to shape executive communications and leadership engagement.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize focus areas for the Global Head of OnPrem Power & Mobility and drive follow-through.
• Define critical strategic priorities with the OnPrem/Mobility Leadership Team.
• Represent the business in executive forums, client engagements, and cross-functional meetings.
• Lead top priorities with internal partners to remove friction and deliver impact.
• Manage a team of energy professionals and shape commercial structures with finance and commercial leaders.
• Own operating rhythm: staff meetings, quarterly planning, KPIs, and execution visibility.
• Shape org structure, governance, reporting lines, and cross-functional integration.
• Craft executive communications and foster leadership engagement and collaboration.
