PACK Power LLC is seeking a Vice President of CE&I to provide strategic and operational leadership for the CE&I Division, driving growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction across data centers, utilities, and industrial markets.

The role requires deep leadership experience, strong collaboration with executive teams, and the ability to translate complex project data into actionable plans while maintaining safety and quality across multiple sites.

Formación

• 10+ years in electrical, controls, instrumentation, industrial construction, or related fields.
• Significant leadership experience overseeing large-scale operations or a division.
• Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies and manage project profitability.
• Experience leading and developing project managers, field operations, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of construction schedules, budgets, and safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the CE&I Division's strategic direction and growth plan.
• Identify markets, customers, and partnerships aligned with PACK Power capabilities.
• Set annual and long-term objectives for revenue, backlog, and market growth.
• Oversee CE&I project execution from preconstruction through turnover.
• Promote ownership, teamwork, and continuous improvement across teams.
