Qualifications

• 15+ years in power generation asset management, plant engineering or reliability.
• Strong gas turbine experience and responsibility for long-term service agreements.
• Practical involvement in outages, testing and warranty matters.

Responsibilities

• Oversee turbine service agreements, supplier performance and technical obligations.
• Lead reviews of plant reliability, outages and underperformance, driving corrective action.
• Provide technical oversight during commissioning, acceptance testing and major maintenance.
• Guide maintenance planning, critical spares and equipment reliability strategies.
• Support warranty claims, technical risk reviews and reporting to project stakeholders.
