RWE Americas, LLC seeks a Vice President of Operations & Asset Management to lead strategy, asset performance, and portfolio value creation for a growing natural-gas-fired generation business in North America.

This executive will direct a lean team, collaborate across engineering, development, construction, finance, and regulatory affairs, and drive safety, reliability, and compliant operation from greenfield projects to long-term operations.

Qualifications

• Senior leader responsible for operational strategy, asset performance, and portfolio value creation.
• Lead cross-functional contributors across engineering, commercial operations, HSE, procurement, finance, and regulatory affairs.
• Oversee safe, reliable operations and continuous improvement of generation assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic leadership & business growth for a growing asset portfolio.
• Own financial and operational performance, and implement data-driven decision making.
• Oversee maintenance strategy and asset readiness from development through operation.
• Manage key commercial and contractual arrangements for the asset portfolio.
