You will build and scale asset management processes, oversee safe, reliable, and compliant operation, and drive value through performance initiatives, budgeting alignment, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• MBA or engineering discipline preferred.
• Significant leadership experience in multi-site operations or asset management.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational strategy for a growing portfolio of natural-gas-fired assets across North America.
• Oversee safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance of generation assets.
• Build and scale asset management and operations processes and systems.
• Manage budgets, capital plans, and performance KPIs.
• Collaborate across engineering, development, construction, finance, and regulatory teams.
