Michels Power, Inc. is seeking an accomplished leader to serve as Vice President of Transmission & Distribution, overseeing Eastern U.S. operations. The role emphasizes safe, profitable, and sustainable growth across overhead transmission, distribution, and substations.

You will work with senior leadership to shape long-range plans, drive market expansion, and strengthen customer relationships while guiding regional teams and bidding strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of power utility experience.
Proven leadership of overhead transmission, distribution, or substation operations.
Experience leading bid strategy, project management, and major client development.
