Bright Minds is searching for an experienced Vice President of Power Delivery Operations for a leading electrical contractor specializing in transmission, distribution, and substation (T&D) construction. This executive leadership position will oversee regional operations, drive business growth, and ensure the successful execution of large-scale electrical infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead regional operations across transmission, distribution, and substation construction projects.
• Oversee project execution, financial performance, P&L, budgets, and profitability.
• Provide leadership and direction to operations managers, project managers, and field teams.
• Drive operational efficiency, safety, quality, and project performance.
