Job summary

BNY seeks a Vice President, Business Planning and Analysis for the Corporate Trust Business Management team, with location options in Pittsburgh, Jersey City, Lake Mary, Los Angeles, and Houston. The role focuses on policy governance and strategic oversight in a global financial services environment.

You will oversee policy documents, partner with Platform, Compliance, Risk and Legal, deliver governance metrics, and coordinate policy updates from audits and controls.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in policy writing, procedure development, governance, risk, controls, compliance, or operational documentation.
• High attention to detail and a strong standard of quality.
• Strong written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and own deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Maintain oversight of policy documents for Corporate Trust, ensuring currency and governance.
• Partner with Platform, Compliance, Risk, and Legal to develop and review policies.
• Deliver reporting and metrics to support governance and management decisions.
• Lead coordination of policy updates from Compliance Monitoring reviews and audits.
• Represent the Corporate Trust Policies team on projects and enterprise initiatives.
