Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Corporate Trust and/or transaction management in Asset backed securities and Mortgage-backed securities.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage internal/external relationships in a time-sensitive, pressured environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to persuade, negotiate and influence at higher levels.
• Strong inquisitive and lateral thinking skills.
• Excellent team player with ability to work well without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate contract terms with clients and their legal team to identify and mitigate contractual, operational, and regulatory risks.
• Coordinate onboarding activities on the Bank’s systems to comply with contract requirements.
• Deliver high-quality service and optimize client experience using available technology.
• Cultivate cross-functional collaboration to drive improvements and efficiency.
• Maintain risk awareness and escalate exposures with recommendations for informed decisions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
