Job summary

BNY is seeking a Vice President to join the Finance Regulatory Change Management team in Pittsburgh. You will lead analysis, define requirements, and coordinate cross‑functional efforts to implement regulatory reporting changes across the enterprise.

The role requires deep knowledge of finance data, regulatory reporting, and hands‑on experience with Axiom, SQL, and Python. You will partner with IT and business stakeholders to deliver auditable, compliant solutions and mentor senior analysts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Data Analyst in large regulatory programs.
• Strong knowledge of finance and regulatory reporting (Capital, CCAR, and Statistical Reporting).
• Solid understanding of financial data structures and data management practices.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Big Data technologies.
• Product Owner experience is preferred.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Axiom configuration projects, Version 10 or later.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, define, and prioritize business requirements and specifications for regulatory projects of increasing complexity.
• Provide consultation to IT and business management on regulatory reporting and cross‑functional applications.
• Develop functional requirements, user documentation, and testing guidance.
• Leverage regulatory and corporate policies to support improved processes through technology.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams, stakeholders, and technology teams.
• Ensure external reporting policies, methods, standards, and training are developed and understood by stakeholders.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of regulatory reporting processes and compliance.
• Lead development and production of external reporting across multiple locations.
