Job summary

BNY is seeking a Senior Vice-President/Counsel to join its Global Markets and Treasury Services Team. This role requires an attorney with a Juris Doctor degree and at least five years of experience. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating various financial documents and providing legal advice to business stakeholders.

Qualifications
