Job summary

Hidden Jobs is seeking a Senior Platform Product Leader to steer platform strategy and product operations for an immigration case management SaaS platform. You will unify shared services, data models, and workflow engines while guiding build-vs-buy decisions and cross-functional alignment.

The role demands 12+ years in product leadership, demonstrated product-operations discipline, and a proven ability to lead in a matrixed organization. Remote work across the United States is expected.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product management with senior leadership experience.
• Experience designing and running product operations frameworks.
• Track record owning a platform or shared-services product line.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for a core platform with shared services, data models, and workflow engines.
• Partner with architecture and engineering leadership on technical direction and platform investments.
• Run governance forums and architecture review boards to triage demands and define platform health metrics.
• Design and run product operations frameworks including planning cadences, OKR setting, release management, and PRD/RFC templates.
• Define and track operating metrics (velocity, cycle time, roadmap predictability, adoption, NPS/CSAT) and report progress to executives.
• Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of product managers and operations staff in a matrixed org.

Education

Bachelor's degree

MBA or equivalent experience
