Job summary

PointClickCare is seeking a Senior Product Manager – Platform Services for a remote US-based role. You will own strategic roadmaps and drive delivery of APIs and shared services powering the platform across product teams and customers.

You will bring deep PM experience with platform services, strong API and identity/access knowledge, and a track record in SaaS/PaaS environments. Collaboration with UX, Eng, Sales, and Customer Success is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
5+ years of Software Product Management experience, with platform services or developer-facing APIs.
Strong technical depth in APIs, identity and access, and workflow orchestration.
Experience in healthcare technology is a plus.
Proven track record of managing products and driving innovation.

Responsibilities

Own the strategy and multi-year roadmap for product areas and drive outcomes.
Gather and analyze customer needs using qualitative and quantitative methods.
Prioritize investments with data-driven business cases and ROI.
Collaborate with UX, Engineering, Writers and other PMs using Agile and Design Thinking.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and other functions for launches.
Understand the broader portfolio and interdependencies across solutions.
Lead customer and partner engagements as a product expert.
Monitor the competitive landscape and motivate cross-functional teams.
