Job summary

Flex is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own a core product area within its platform, partnering with a lean, senior engineering team to translate complex operational challenges into scalable solutions. You’ll bring structure to a high-ambiguity space, balance speed with long-term platform health, and work EST hours on a USA remote model.

You will define the product roadmap, lead cross-functional initiatives, and build tight feedback loops with operations and support.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management with scale in a relevant domain.
• Strong understanding of 2-sided marketplaces, gig worker platforms, and related tech stacks.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into actionable specs using data-driven insights.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams on APIs and service-oriented architectures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the roadmap for your product area, aligning it with growth goals.
• Collaborate daily with a senior engineering team to translate requirements into technical specs.
• Build tight feedback loops with operations and support to identify friction points and prioritize fixes.
• Define and track metrics that matter and base roadmaps on data, not intuition.
• Communicate product strategy, tradeoffs, and progress to leadership for alignment.
