Job summary

RTS Management, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Platform Product to lead the Evo Tech Platform. You will shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap, guiding from concept through launch and evolution.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong collaboration with stakeholders, partners, and technical teams. Remote-first, but candidate must reside in the Greater Los Angeles, Greater San Francisco, or Greater Las Vegas area.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive product management experience leading digital platforms.
• Experience at director/senior director level and across multiple teams.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into product requirements and roadmaps.
• Experience with external partners and multi-region products.
• Strong judgment, communication, and prioritization in fast-moving environments.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities for the platform.
• Translate goals into clear requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional discovery, planning, and launch readiness.
• Coordinate with external partners and ensure delivery against milestones.
• Balance tradeoffs between user experience, value, and timing.
• Communicate priorities and risks to leadership.
