Job summary
Eide Bailly is seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead product ownership for complex platforms. You will partner with stakeholders and delivery teams to define vision, manage backlogs, and drive value-driven solutions in a remote-capable setting.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, CS, Business or related field
- 4–6 years of experience in product ownership, business analysis or delivery
- Experience with Agile and Scrum backlog management
- Led large transformation programs (12+ months)
- Experience with high-risk, data-intensive initiatives
- Strong backlog management and stakeholder management
- Product Owner or Agile certification preferred
- Knowledge of SDLC, system design and integration concepts
- Experience using Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) and collaboration platforms
Responsibilities
- Lead product ownership for complex products, platforms, or processes
- Build relationships with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements
- Define product vision, goals, and roadmaps aligned to business objectives
- Own and manage the product backlog with value-driven priorities
- Oversee backlog refinement, sprint planning, and Scrum ceremonies
- Translate business needs into epics, features, and user stories with acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure functional/technical alignment
- Monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and adjust priorities
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs
- Support solution design to align with product vision and standards
- Drive continuous improvement through feedback and retrospectives
- Coordinate communication across stakeholders and teams
- Support change management, training, and adoption
- Maintain documentation and backlog artifacts
- Ensure timely performance and budget adherence
