Job summary

Expected base pay ranges from $110,000 to $190,000 annually, with total compensation including incentives.

Qualifications

• Business Analyst or Project Management experience in financial services.
• Basic understanding of accounting concepts (P&L, margin, forecasting).
• Strong program management and ability to work across complex, matrixed organizations.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to interact effectively and collaborate with stakeholders across platforms - strong EQ is a must.
• Effective, creative and flexible problem solver.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills across levels.
• Independent self-starter with day-to-day deliverables and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Manage contingent workforce lifecycle in Fieldglass (onboarding/changes/offboarding).
• Own vendor relationships; cadence meetings, issue resolution, extensions/conversions.
• Support sourcing and contracting workflows for professional services.
• Maintain forecasts and provide financial oversight (P&L, accruals, budget reconciliation).
• Prepare materials and recommendations for leadership expense reviews and proposals.
• Process and approve invoices using internal tools and provide policy guidance.
• Provide time-sensitive support and ad hoc reporting.
