Job summary

Aboon is seeking a senior leader to build and run the plan administration and relationship management function, driving digital transformation with AI and automation. You will design processes, recruit the right team, and ensure high-quality service while maintaining regulatory compliance for retirement plans.

You will report to the COO, shape the operational and cultural fabric of the company, and partner with product and engineering to maximize automation across servicing.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in retirement plan administration, TPA, or recordkeeping operations with leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL rules governing qualified retirement plans.
• Proven ability to scale operations via processes and technology, not just headcount.
• Experience defining SLAs, quality standards, and service-delivery models in high-volume settings.
• Strong interest in using AI and automation to improve operations.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the plan services function with clear processes and documentation.
• Lead digital transformation by adopting AI and workflow automation.
• Build, coach, and retain a world-class operations team and culture.
• Be the in-house expert on regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Own compliance and risk management with built-in monitoring and reporting.
