Job summary

Aboon is seeking a seasoned leader to drive the operational engine behind our TPA, with AI at the center of design. You will report to the COO and partner with product and engineering to automate plan servicing, building scalable operations and self-service training across the organization.

The role requires 10+ years in retirement plan administration or TPA operations, deep ERISA/IRS/DOL knowledge, and a proven ability to scale operations through process and technology.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in retirement plan administration or TPA operations.
• Deep knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL rules.
• Proven track record of scaling operations through process and technology.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable operations with documented processes and self-service training.
• Set SLAs and quality metrics with automated tracking and continuous improvement.
• Drive AI and workflow automation adoption across servicing operations.
