Job summary

Aboon is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our enterprise-focused digital platform used by advisory firms to grow and service retirement plans. You’ll partner with the operating team to define the roadmap and balance partner needs with scalable, reusable platform components.

You’ll own end-to-end delivery in a Shape Up–inspired cadence, collaborating with engineering, design, and AI teams while maintaining credibility with large, regulated customers.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management, preferably in fast-cycle SaaS environments.
• Demonstrated ownership of a platform serving enterprise partners, with cadence ownership.
• Comfort querying and analyzing product usage data, and shaping with engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own the platform roadmap end-to-end, including sequencing and release planning.
• Reconcile partner asks into platform decisions grounded in advisor needs.
• Maintain context on architecture vs. partner requirements and what remains open.
• Pull usage data and form a point of view before presenting to engineering.
• Measure adoption after release to assess value and drive iteration.
• Serve as the primary product contact for partner digital and product teams.
