AbbVie seeks a Vice President of People Strategy & Transformation to lead a bold, enterprise-scale HR transformation. You will architect the people agenda, align strategy with business priorities, and drive technology-enabled change across a global workforce.

Qualifications

Progressive HR leadership experience across strategy, technology, and operational transformation.
Deep expertise in HR strategy, technology, change management, PMO, or people branding.
Strong ability to translate vision into executable strategy and drive transformational change.
Excellent executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders.
Experience building and leading high-performing, diverse teams.

Responsibilities

Define and champion an enterprise-wide people strategy aligned with AbbVie's priorities and long-term vision.
Translate workforce trends and data into clear strategic direction for the PE organization.
Partner with PE leadership to set multi-year agendas and ensure coherent prioritization.
Lead HR branding and storytelling to articulate the employee value proposition globally.
Oversee HR technology program strategy and roadmap, including Workday and AI adoption.
Manage planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to support PE priorities.
Provide executive reporting on portfolio health, risks, and outcomes.
