AbbVie Inc. seeks an enterprise-scale HR strategist to lead the People Strategy & Transformation within the People Experience organization. You will unite people strategy, HR planning and prioritization, technology strategy, storytelling, and portfolio management under a single leadership mandate.

This senior role requires driving transformational change across a global HR ecosystem, leading a team of specialists and delivering AbbVie's next generation of HR transformation.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field.
• Progressive HR leadership with strategy, technology and transformation scope.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale HR strategy and HR technology programs.
• Expertise in at least two areas: HR strategy, HR technology, change management, PMO, or people branding.
• Translate vision into executable strategy and drive change in a global organization.
• Strong executive presence to influence senior leaders, including C-suite.

• Define and champion an enterprise-wide people strategy aligned with AbbVie priorities.
• Translate workforce trends into clear strategic direction for the PE organization.
• Partner with PE leadership to set multi-year agenda and prioritize initiatives.
• Lead People Branding strategy and employee value proposition globally.
• Build storytelling capability to communicate program impact to stakeholders.
• Own HR strategy planning, budgeting, and KPI tracking for PE.
• Oversee HR Technology strategy, including Workday roadmap and AI adoption.
• Manage Chief of Staff function and integrate planning across HR.
