Job summary

Dutch Bros Coffee seeks a visionary VP, People Business Partners & Employee Relations to lead enterprise HR strategy across Headquarters and Field operations. You will guide high-performing teams, shape workforce decisions, and align people practices with business priorities.

You’ll influence senior leaders on talent, organizational design, and risk management while partnering with Legal to implement scalable, compliant processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field required; master’s degree highly preferred.
• 13+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in complex, multi-unit organizations.
• Senior HR leadership experience advising and influencing C-suite executives on business and workforce risk decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop senior HR leaders and teams across Headquarters and Field operations.
• Set and execute enterprise strategy for People Business Partners and Employee Relations.
• Oversee budgets, staffing, vendor partnerships, and resource allocation for risk management and business outcomes.
• Partner with Legal and business leaders to resolve high-risk matters and implement scalable practices.
• Establish workforce analytics rhythms and translate insights into actionable leadership decisions.
