Zusammenfassung

Dutch Bros Coffee is seeking a Field People Business Partner to act as the strategic people advisor for a designated AVP region. You will partner with regional leadership to strengthen organizational health, build leadership capability, and execute people strategies that support growth. Travel 30-50% may be required.

You will coach leaders, lead talent reviews, and collaborate with Centers of Excellence to ensure seamless employee experience across multi-unit operations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive HR, talent or related experience.
• Experience supporting multi-unit operations and field-based teams.
• Proven ability to influence and coach leaders at multiple levels.
• Experience facilitating talent reviews, succession and workforce planning.
• Strong analytical ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience leading change management initiatives and transformations.
• Knowledge of employment law and employee relations practices.
• Experience cross-functionally with Centers of Excellence and shared services.
• Proficiency with Workday, Microsoft Office and analytics tools.

• Partner with AVPs on regional business planning and priorities.
• Provide strategic consultation on organizational effectiveness and leadership challenges.
• Identify workforce risks and develop action plans to improve outcomes.
• Leverage people data to inform decisions and recommendations.
• Coordinate talent reviews and succession planning discussions.
• Identify high-potential talent and critical roles with leaders.
• Ensure roles are filled within set timelines with Talent Acquisition.
• Support development planning and leadership readiness efforts.
• Assist with difficult conversations and performance concerns.
• Develop coaching, feedback, engagement and development capabilities.
