Dutch Bros Coffee seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead ABW, brand partnerships, apparel programs, and cultural experiences. You will align multi-team initiatives, build timelines, manage budgets, and coordinate partners to deliver scalable, high-impact employee experiences in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of program or project management experience in creative production, brand marketing, event production, or agency environments.
• Experience managing large-scale, multi-day live events and cross-functional workstreams.
• Fluency in multiple project management methodologies and ability to tailor processes to the work.
• Strong executive presence and comfort presenting to senior leaders.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the program management partner to Employee Experience lead for ABW.
• Build and maintain master workback schedules, critical paths, and dependencies.
• Manage budgets, vendor coordination, and on-site activation logistics.
• Coordinate Creative Studio contributions, briefs, timelines, and reviews.
• Lead post-event analyses and apply lessons to future programs.
• Develop scalable playbooks and repeatable activation frameworks.
• Prepare executive-ready updates and briefing materials for leadership.
