Dutch Bros Coffee is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to own ABW and related employee-experience initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Brand, Field Marketing, Creative, Operations, and People to turn big ideas into scalable programs.

The role emphasizes planning discipline, budget stewardship, and executive-level communication, with on-site activation oversight and travel to field events as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 6+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience managing large-scale, multi-day live events or leadership experiences.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Creative, Operations, People, Brand, and Field teams to deliver ABW and related programs.
• Build and maintain master schedules, critical paths, and budgets with clear milestones and owners.
• Lead executive-ready updates, dashboards, and briefing materials for leadership reviews.
• Develop scalable activation frameworks and repeatable playbooks for ABW and brand partnerships.
• Plan and execute on-site activations, partnerships, and internal–employee experiences with attention to detail.
