Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Experience leading global HR functions.
• Proven ability to manage M&A and organizational transformation.
• Strong background in talent management and workforce planning.
• Preferred HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Chief People Officer to execute human capital strategies.
• Serve on the senior leadership team and provide workforce planning counsel.
• Lead initiatives that support business growth and organizational effectiveness.
• Monitor industry trends to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Develop a team of Business Partners across functions and regions.
• Guide organizational design, performance management, and change management efforts.
• Lead all HR aspects of mergers and acquisitions through integration.
