Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking a Vice President, People Integration Partner to lead and execute all People-related activities across acquisitions. You will ensure due diligence support, integration planning, workforce transitions, and organizational integration from deal evaluation through post-close execution.

You will partner with Corporate Development, Finance, Legal and business leaders to manage risks, transition employees into LPL's operating environment, and deliver successful integration

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including significant hands-on M&A integration responsibility.
• Experience leading complex People integration programs and cross-functional workstreams.
• Strong project and program management skills with executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support People due diligence activities, lead integration planning, and drive execution activities across small and large acquisitions.
• Serve as the primary People partner throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Assess workforce, talent, organizational, and employee-related risks and impacts.
• Develop and maintain standardized playbooks, integration plans, tools, and frameworks to ensure consistent execution, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation across transactions.
• Coordinate HR Business Partners, COEs, and shared services to deliver integration objectives.
• Track progress, escape issues, and provide executive-level reporting on People integration activities.
• Lead all People integration workstreams, including: Organizational design and workforce transitions; Talent assessment and retention; Compensation and benefits alignment; Performance management integration; Employee communications; Culture and change management.
• Facilitate governance meetings, track deliverables, and ensure accountability across stakeholders.
• Partner with business leaders to implement critical people decisions and resolve integration issues.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
