LPL Financial seeks a Vice President, People Integration Partner to lead all People-related activities across acquisitions, from due diligence through post-close integration.

You will design playbooks, coordinate HR partners, assess risks, and drive talent retention while ensuring regulatory compliance and effective communication with leaders.

This role partners with Corporate Development, Finance, Legal and COEs to deliver seamless transitions for employees and organizations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including significant hands-on M&A integration responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead all People integration workstreams across acquisitions.
• Develop standardized playbooks and integration plans.
• Coordinate HR Partners, COEs, and shared services.
• Provide executive-level reporting on integration progress.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
