Job summary

LRN is seeking a Vice President of People in New York City with a hybrid work model. You will shape global people strategy and partner with executive leadership to drive cultural transformation and people programs across North America, EMEA, and APAC.

The role requires broad expertise in People Operations, Talent Management, and Talent Acquisition, with the ability to influence C-suite and align the workforce with business goals.

Qualifications

• Significant progressive experience in People or HR leadership.
• Experience leading global HR across multiple regions.
• Ability to translate strategy into scalable, people-centric programs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Chief People Officer to set global people strategy.
• Advise senior leaders on organizational, talent, and cultural matters.
• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development.
• Oversee global People Operations, including policies, compensation, and compliance.
