Ladders is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to shape and drive the people strategy for a nationwide, remote-capable organization in the Real Estate & Construction space. You will partner with the CEO and senior leadership to align workforce priorities with business goals while building scalable HR practices.
The role requires leading in 24/7, multi-site environments with a focus on organizational design, development, engagement, and safety.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive HR leadership in multi-site environments.
- Experience in 24/7 operations and mission-critical settings such as facilities management or healthcare.
- Strong background in talent development, employee relations, and organizational design.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an integrated HR strategy aligned with operational and financial objectives.
- Advise the CEO and senior leadership on workforce strategy and org design.
- Build scalable HR practices for a dispersed, multi-site organization.
- Drive a high-performance, safety-focused culture rooted in accountability and engagement.
- Leverage workforce analytics to improve staffing and outcomes.
