Job summary

BNY is seeking a strategic People Business Partner in New York, NY to advise business leaders on workforce strategy and deliver data-driven people programs. You will collaborate with People Operations, Talent Strategy, Learning, Compensation, Benefits, Finance, and Legal to drive transformation and organizational design efforts.

The role requires strong analytical and storytelling abilities to translate complex workforce challenges into actionable plans and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in people strategy, OD, talent management, or change management.
• Proven ability to apply a product mindset to people programs.

Responsibilities

• Advise business leaders on workforce strategies aligned with priorities and goals.
• Serve as connection point between People Team and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with People Operations, Talent Strategy, Learning, Compensation, Benefits, and Finance to deliver integrated programs.
• Use workforce analytics to guide talent decisions and planning.
• Translate organizational challenges into data-supported plans and business narratives.
• Drive change management and operating model evolution for efficiency and culture.
