Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking a Vice President, People Integration Partner in Tempe to lead and execute all people-related activities across acquisitions, from due diligence to post-close integration. You will partner with Corporate Development, Finance, Legal, and COEs to ensure smooth workforce transitions.

The role requires 10+ years of HR leadership with hands-on M&A experience, strong program management, and the ability to influence senior leaders in a fast-paced financial-services environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership with significant hands-on M&A integration responsibility.
• Experience leading complex People integration programs and cross-functional workstreams.
• Strong project and program management skills, including risk management and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead People integration workstreams across acquisitions, from due diligence through post-close execution.
• Coordinate HR Business Partners, COEs, and shared services to deliver integration objectives.
• Develop playbooks, plans, tools, and frameworks to ensure compliant, risk-mitigated execution.
• Provide executive-level reporting on People integration activities and progress.
