Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking a Vice President, People Integration Partner to lead all People-related activities across acquisitions, from due diligence through post-close integration. You will partner with Corporate Development, Finance, Legal, and COEs to ensure seamless transitions and compliant execution in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Leading cross-functional teams, you will design and drive integration playbooks, assess workforce risks, and align compensation, benefits, and performance

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR leadership experience with hands-on M&A integration.
• Experience leading complex integration programs and cross-functional workstreams.
• Strong project and program management with executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead all People integration workstreams across acquisitions and post-close.
• Coordinate due diligence, integration planning, and workforce transitions.
• Ensure regulatory and policy compliance during integration activities.
• Provide executive-level reporting on progress and risks.
• Coach teams across People, Legal, Finance, Technology and Corporate Development.
