Lead and execute all People-related activities across acquisitions.
Drive due diligence, integration planning, and execution across deals.
Coordinate HR partners, COEs, and shared services to achieve integration objectives.
Provide executive-level reporting and governance across transactions.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Coach teams and promote best practices in integration execution.
