Job summary

Moore is a data-driven CXM leader seeking a Senior Director, Human Resources to partner with the CHRO and shape enterprise HR strategy across a complex, multi-entity organization.

You will lead HR priorities, oversee investigations, workforce planning, and employee relations, while coaching a distributed team across locations. Open to work from Tulsa, OK, Frederick, MD, Lanham, MD, and Richmond, VA.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple units or locations.
• Experience leading or supporting HR teams with coaching skills.
• Experience in distributed and site-based environments including frontline workforces.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices.
• Ability to partner with leaders and provide practical, business-focused HR support.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities.
