Job summary

Compass Corporate seeks a visionary Vice President, Human Resources to lead workforce strategy, culture, and organizational effectiveness across mission-critical environments. You will partner with the CEO and executive team to design talent and leadership capabilities for 24/7 operations, with a remote-first role preferred in the Eastern or Central U.S.

This senior HR leader will drive analytics, incentives, and workforce planning to fuel growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership in multi-site environments.
• Experience supporting 24/7 operations and mission-critical environments.
• Strong business acumen linking people strategy to outcomes.
• Proven ability to influence executives in a matrix organization.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated HR strategy for mission-critical operations.
• Advise CEO and senior leadership on workforce strategy and organizational design.
• Build scalable HR practices for a geographically dispersed organization.
• Ensure safety, reliability, quality, accountability, and client outcomes.
• Lead workforce planning for 24/7 operations and site launches.
• Develop talent, leadership, and retention strategies.
• Oversee employee and labor relations across union and non-union environments.
• Leverage workforce analytics for decision-making and governance.
