Job summary

New York Life is seeking a Corporate Vice President within the Institutional Retirement Income Solutions team to expand Pension Risk Transfer capabilities and shape product structures for market leadership. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Pension Risk Transfer, the defined benefit system, or institutional retirement markets.
• Experience building or expanding products, capabilities, or businesses in financial services.
• Strong command of PRT transaction structures and deal economics.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without formal authority.
• Strong analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Capability expansion: deliver the expansion of NYL's PRT capabilities.
• Business building: develop business cases and secure cross-functional alignment.
• Product strategy and positioning: define strategy and competitive positioning for the PRT business.
• Market intelligence: monitor market trends and dynamics to inform priorities.
• Cross-functional leadership: collaborate across actuarial, investments, legal, operations, and distribution.
• Senior visibility: present performance, strategy, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Cross-business contribution: support DC Retirement Income initiatives as needed.
