Securian Financial seeks an experienced retirement professional to shape its Longevity solutions, focused on Pension Risk Transfer and defined contribution guaranteed income. The role blends DB/PRT expertise with product development and business strategy to advance Deferred PRT and other Longevity offerings.

Collaborate across Actuarial, Law, Operations, and Distribution to evaluate opportunities, define requirements, and bring new Longevity capabilities to market at scale.

Formación

• Significant experience with defined benefit pension plans and/or Pension Risk Transfer.
• Ability to translate complex pension and product issues into practical decisions.
• Strong collaboration with actuarial, law, operations, and technology teams.

Responsabilidades

• Shape Longevity product development and domain knowledge for PRT and DB provisions.
• Lead market research, competitive analysis, and business-case development for Longevity opportunities.
• Define product requirements and ensure alignment with feasibility and pricing.
